Apprezzata dai riciclatori di tutto il mondo, come testimoniano i numerosi di impianti di lavaggio e separazione per materie plastiche di ogni genere (compresi PET da bottiglie e film poliolefinici) installati nei cinque continenti, Reg-Mac si presenta all'edizione 2001 del K forte di un nuovo successo tecnologico: una linea della serie Maxiwash, con sistema di turbo-lavaggio, realizzata per il trattamento di scarti misti provenienti dalla macinazione di film e contenitori post-consumo in PE.

Il "marchio di fabbrica" della Reg-Mac è il sistema di turbo-lavaggio ideato per garantire, attraverso l'azione congiunta di lame fisse e rotanti, un livello di frizione tale da ottenere una eccellente separazione delle scaglie di materiale destinato al recupero da tutti i principali contaminanti.

I vantaggi offerti da questo esclusivo sistema sono molteplici: prima di tutto, la possibilità di regolare intensità e tempi dell'azione di frizione e lavaggio sul materiale in funzione del livello di contaminazione esistente, che permette una interessante versatilità d'impiego della linea (data la non omogeneità di purezza che spesso caratterizza i diversi lotti di macinato) e anche un più razionale sfruttamento dell'energia; in secondo luogo, l'efficacia del trattamento di turbo-lavaggio Reg-Mac consente, nella stragrande maggioranza dei casi, di operare esclusivamente con acqua fredda o calda, a seconda del grado di contaminazione, mentre il ricorso a sostanze chimiche e detergenti è raramente necessario.
Ciò implica, per l'utilizzatore, un miglior bilancio costo/prestazioni e minori obblighi di smaltimento di sostanze chimiche inquinanti, il tutto con la garanzia di ottenere a fine linea materiale perfettamente decontaminato, pronto per il reimpiego nel ciclo produttivo.

Gli impianti di lavaggio e separazione Reg-Mac coprono, in pratica, le esigenze di trattamento di tutte le materie plastiche (PET, HDPE, PP, ABS, PS, PA, PVC e altre ancora), con capacità adatte alle più diverse dimensioni aziendali, da 300 fino a 1400 kg/ora, concepiti sempre su misura e gestiti in modo totalmente automatico attraverso sistemi computerizzati di alta precisione ma di facile utilizzo, perché è opinione del costruttore che il riciclo, essendo un processo indispensabile, debba necessariamente essere alla portata di tutti.

English Abstract

Well known to the international recycling industry, as testified by many washing and separation lines for all kind of plastics (including PET bottles and polyolefin-based films) installed world wide, Reg-Mac will face the K’2001 (Hall 09 - Stand C38) backed up by a new technological breakthrough: a line from their Maxiwash range, featuring a turbo-washing system, devised for the recovery of mixed ground scrap from post-consumer PE films and containers.
In addition to a strictly tailor-made line configuration, to satisfy the real needs of end-users, Reg-Mac trademark is the turbo-washing system, the technological heart of their plant, which visitors to K 2001 will have the opportunity to discover at the company’s booth. This washing system, operating through the joined action of rotary and fixed blades, has been devised to achieve a friction level adequate to obtain a high degree of separation of plastic scrap from all main contaminants.
Benefits provided by this exclusive system are a lot. First of all, the possibility to set up washing time and intensity in accordance to the contamination degree of the material, providing the line with an interesting versatility (given the non-homogeneous purity often found in different material batches) and a more rational energy consumption. Secondly, the efficiency of Reg-Mac turbo-washing system is such that, in most cases, cold or hot water (depending on material contamination level) are sufficient to achieve an effective washing, limiting the use of chemicals and detergents to a few special processes. For recyclers using Reg-Mac washing lines, that means a better cost/performance ratio and less expenses for polluted waste water treatment, with the guarantee to obtain, at the end of the line, a perfectly clean material, suitable for immediate reintroduction into the production cycle.
Washing and separation lines from Reg-Mac satisfy the treatment procedures of almost all plastics (PET, HDPE, PP, ABS, PS, PA, PVC, etc.), with processing capacities from 300 to 1,400 kg/h complying with most industry needs. All lines are tailored to the specific exigencies and fully managed through computerised systems providing high accuracy as well as ease of use, in accordance to Reg-Mac view of recycling: an indispensable process that, being such, must be within the reach of everybody.
