Netstal

Da poco tornata in mani svizzere, Netstal si presenta a Düsseldorf con alcune interessanti novità, a cominciare da e-jet, la macchina tutta-elettrica specializzata nella produzione di dischi ottici di qualsiasi formato, naturale erede della serie DiscJet. Si tratta di un vero e proprio centro di lavoro completo di stampo a singola o doppia cavità, unità di controllo della temperatura e sistema di estrazione (da destra o da sinistra) dei pezzi.  L’unità è molto compatta (meno di 3 metri quadrati) e veloce: sono sufficienti  2,5 secondi per produrre un CD. Restando all’azionamento elettrico, la società svizzera presenterà in Fiera il progetto (ma non macchine funzionanti) di una serie per usi generali.

Ampliata e presente in Fiera anche la serie di macchine per preforme, rappresentata dal nuovo modello PET Line 144, equipaggiato con stampo a 144 impronte per la produzione di preforme da 0,5 litri (20,8 grammi).
Il tempo di ciclo è inferiore a 11 secondi per una produzione massima di 50mila pezzi ora.

A rappresentare la serie SynErgy il modello 5000-3700, con forza di chiusura di 5.000 kN, equipaggiato con uno stampo da 48+48 cavità. Infine, Nestal mostrerà le possibilità dello stampaggio bicomponente con una SynErgy 900 2C LSR, attrezzata per stampare un pezzo bicomponente in PBT e silicone liquido (LSR). Macchine Netstal saranno presentate funzionanti anche negli stand di  Hekuma (Hall 10, Stand D40) e Schöttli (Hall 1, Stand F27).

English Abstract

Four new products will be launched on the Netstal (Hall 15 – Stand D24), starting with e-Jet, the evolution of the DiscJet system for the integrated production of optical discs. At K’ 2001 the company will introduce a project for the development and the production of a new range of electric presses intended for general use. Among the new developments an extension of the PET Line designed for the production of pre-forms: the model PET Line 144, equipped with a 144-cavity mould for the production of 0.5 l pre-forms (20.8 g). The cycle time is less than 11 seconds for a max. output of 50,000 pieces per hour.
Other demonstrations of the Swiss producer of injection moulding machines in Düsseldorf include a two-component application giving an insight in Netstal's expertise with the material LSR. Moulded in this case are parts of PBT/LSR for shower heads, with a 2-imp. mould. Netstal systems on the stands of Hekuma and Schöttli round off the company's appearance at the exhibition. At Hekuma (Hall 10, Stand D40), a SynErgy 2400 integrated in a system for the production of CD-R slim boxes is demonstrated. The Swiss mouldmaker Schöttli (Hall 1, Stand F27) presents the efficient production of two-component medical mouldings on a SynErgy 2C 800.
