Dr. Boy sarą presente al K’2001 con un programma
rappresentativo della Serie Boy, macchine con forza di chiusura fino a 1.000 kN.
Una Boy 12 A, la pił piccola della serie, stamperą in Fiera una piccola
pompa in LCP caricato vetro del peso di soli 0.04 g; una Boy 22 D
produrrą in una sola stampata un gancio in PA6 formato da tre parti, mentre una verticale
Boy 22 A VV stamperą pezzi con inserti metallici.
Il programma espositivo comprende anche due nuove macchine Boy 55 A destinate ad altrettante applicazioni: la produzione di erogatori mediante uno stampo a 8 canali caldi, con unitą automatica di imballaggio, e la produzione della parte superiore della struttura di un telefono, rimossa mediante un manipolatore a quattro assi.
Infine, la pressa pił grande della serie, la nuova Boy 90, produrrą in Fiera un frisbee in polipropilene.

Abstract
Dr. Boy will be exhibiting at K’2001 (Hall 13 – Stand A49) a
characteristic selection of products from the Boy series, machines with a clamping force
of up to 1,000 kN. A Boy 12 A, the smallest of the series, will demonstrate the moulding
of a small pump in glass-filled LCP weighing no more than 0.04g; a Boy 22D will produce in
a single moulding stage a three-part hook in PA6, while a vertical Boy 22A VV will mould
pieces with metallic inserts. The range on view also includes two new Boy 55 A machines
with two distinct applications: the production of distribution valves by means of a mould
with eight hot runners, with an automatic packing unit, and the production of the upper
part of the structure of a telephone, which is lifted off by a 4-axled manipulator.
Finally, the largest moulding machine of the series, the new Boy 90, will produce at the
Fair a Frisbee in polypropylene.
